The Receipt Books module allows users to enter and track sales for such user-defined items as Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Food Permits, Nursing shots ect... Prior day sales can be searched and viewed using a search wizard screen. The user has complete control of the “Product List” and prices. The sales module prints a receipt on 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper on your laser printer. Users can maintain multiple receipt books within the application. For example: Vital Records, Environmental, Nursing.

The Receipt Book module also allows users to track their disbursements. Each disbursement will appear on the ledger as a payment while each receipt appears as a sale.

• Ledger
• Report of Collection
